Because all decals are custom made to your size and color specification, alterations to existing orders or refunds cannot be made once an order has been promoted to Processing status. If you are not happy with the product received but the specifications do match your input then no returns or exchanges can be made, however please do email us with your concern and we will try to help you out. Of course any errors on our part will be corrected free of charge. Please be certain to confirm the accuracy of spelling and capitalization, materials and colors, and graphics contained in your order prior to submitting your order. Your order will be created exactly as the information was entered by you. We do try to point out what we think maybe errors in spelling however Signnetwork.com cannot not be held responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information or for any typos associated with your order.
